Valery Pugacheva is an Associate at SDC. Prior to SDC, Valery was an Associate at DC Advisory, where she executed European infrastructure mandates covering both equity investments and debt financings, across fiber, solar PV, district heating, biogas, and utilities sectors. Prior to DC Advisory, Valery worked in EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice, advising cross-border M&A transactions in the pharmaceutical, retail, energy, and oil & gas sectors.
Valery holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College Business School, where she was a Chevening Scholar, and a BSc in Economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
