Matthew Kaplan is a Director at SDC. Prior to joining SDC, Matthew was a Senior Associate at Duncan Hillsley Capital and Vanbarton Group LLC, where he focused on asset management, acquisitions, and financial analysis for institutional multifamily and commercial real estate portfolios. He began his career as an Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, specializing in real estate audit and advisory services for institutional real estate Investment clients.
Matthew holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the Florida State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.
