Clinton Karcher is a Partner at SDC. Clinton joined SDC in 2018 and has led numerous investments, add-on acquisitions, financings and exits across SDC’s portfolio. He is actively involved in developing and executing investment and value-creation strategies for SDC’s portfolio.
Over his 20-year career in the digital infrastructure sector, he has developed extensive experience advising, investing in and building digital infrastructure businesses. Prior to joining SDC, Clinton worked in investment banking, most recently at RBC Capital Markets, where he advised data center, fiber and technology services companies on more than $20 billion of M&A, debt and equity financing transactions.
Clinton earned a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
