Scott Luftig is Counsel, Finance & Capital Markets at SDC. Prior to joining the company, Scott was an Associate at DLA Piper LLP (US), where he worked in the Leveraged Finance and Private Equity groups, representing private equity funds, private credit lenders, banks and operating companies on all aspects of financing transactions.
Scott holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar.
