Lee Grant is Senior Legal Counsel, Operations at SDC. Prior to joining SDC, Lee served as VP & General Counsel at SummitIG, where he supported a variety of departments with all legal aspects of the business, including contracts, real estate, easements and rights-of-way, franchises, commercial and financial transactions, governance issues and all other legal areas.
Lee holds a B.S. and M.S. from Radford University and received his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. Lee is a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia State Bar.
