Hichem Menjel is a Campus Construction Manager at SDC, responsible for the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data center developments. He brings more than 15 years of experience in construction, project delivery and technical infrastructure across Europe and the Middle East.
Before joining SDC, Hichem was a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Site Qualification & Delivery, at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he supported data center expansion initiatives across six countries. He also served as a Critical Project Manager leading the execution of complex infrastructure programs in operationally critical environments.
Earlier in his career, Hichem held key project and construction management roles with Digital Realty and Equinix, contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical facilities.
Hichem holds an Engineering Degree in Production and Optimization Engineering from École des Mines de Douai.
