Derek Livingstone is the European Compliance Lead for SDC, based in London, responsible for all aspects of Compliance within SDC’s European business. Prior to SDC, Derek was a Director at Lothbury Investment Management Limited, a London based boutique Real Estate Fund Manager, leading their risk, compliance and operations team in the UK and Ireland. He has over a decade of experience in the alternative investment management industry, with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, investment and operational risk, IT security, GDPR, and fund structuring. Derek has also overseen regulatory implementation projects including AIFMD, and SFDR. Derek is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
